Shipping policy

Due to VONJINAÉ being a small business, please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive tracking information and for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Once the order is shipped out, you will receive order details and tracking information via email.

Tracking will be updated by the carrier provided.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed, we will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed.
